Концертный хор дал мастер-класс в ДШИ имени Н. А. Римского-Корсакова города Тихвин
День, казалось, длился бесконечно, и бесконечность эта началась с долгого пути из Санкт-Петербурга в Тихвин. По какому-то странному стечению обстоятельств мы никак не могли сегодня доехать до пункта назначения. Бесконечные, многокилометровые пробки и ремонты дорог то и дело увеличивали время нашего пути. Вместо запланированных четырёх часов мы ехали все шесть. В спешном порядке педагогам пришлось корректировать план запланированных в ДШИ имени Н.А.Римского-Корсакова мастер-классов: Т.А.Садовникова, И.А.Слепенкова и Ю.В.Полякова сразу же по прибытии в Тихвин отправились проводить мастер-класс по сольфеджио, а мальчики и Вадим Александрович отправились в трапезную Тихвинского Успенского монастыря на обед.
После обеда Концертный хор мальчиков разместился в фойе ДШИ имени Н.А.Римского-Корсакова и мастер класс продолжил уже Вадим Александрович. В течение часа шёл разговор о важном: о духовной музыке, истории её развития, роли духовной музыки в воспитании нравственности и духовного совершенствования каждого человека. Беседа сопровождалась фрагментами репетиции, на которой хор исполнял духовные сочинения.
После ужина для хора была организована небольшая экскурсия по Успенскому монастырю. Изначально запланированная на двадцать минут, она продлилась значительно дольше. По её завершению мальчиков подвели к самой главной святыне монастыря — чудотворной Иконе Тихвинской Божьей Матери. Все желающие, а их было большинство, — приложились к иконе. Несколько человек нашли в себе духовные силы и желание исповедаться.
Только к позднему вечеру нам удалось, наконец, выгрузить все вещи из автобуса и заселиться в паломническую гостиницу монастыря. Времени до отбоя было достаточно, и каждый мальчик, после длинного и полного событиями дня, смог по-настоящему ощутить цену полноценного спокойного отдыха.
