«Расстаются друзья…»
Сегодня завершил свою работу XIX летний хоровой лагерь

Последний день лагеря... Как бы ни были важны и значимы все остальные дни, мы твёрдо знаем, что именно этот день — самый показательный. Этот день — своеобразная лакмусовая бумажка проделанной работы. Сегодня проявится и станет видно особенно ясно всё, что получилось или, наоборот,— не удалось.

Для руководителя и педагогов ночь, предшествующая дню подведения итогов — тяжёлый рабочий день. До пяти часов утра в студии кипела жизнь: подсчитывались баллы, печатались «банковские карты», необходимые для оплаты товаров, которые можно купить на заработанные виртуальные хоровые рубли. В классах сортировался, оценивался и раскладывался товар. Настоящий, в отличии от «хоровых» рублей. Обычно это всё то, о чём мечтают дети и что выпрашивают у своих родителей, дёргая их за рукав в настоящих магазинах. Кроме того, устанавливалось техническое оснащение и проверялась аппаратура, необходимая для проведения церемонии закрытия лагеря, писались фонограммы песен, монтировался фильм. Но вся эта работа осталась за кадром. И когда сегодня утром мальчики пришли на заключительную репетицию, они увидели в каждом классе изобилие товаров и счастливые лица педагогов.

А что увидели мы? Наверно, это звучит нескромно, но сегодня мы увидели, что всё, о чём мы мечтали, начиная этот путь, получилось. Мы увидели, что уже нет «концертников» и «кандидатов», а есть единый обновлённый концертный хор. Мы увидели удовольствие от пения и добротно выученную концертную программу.

Сегодня в традиционную церемонию закрытия лагеря были внесены два новых эпизода: показ фильма о жизни лагеря (это уже четвёртый сюжет, смонтированный за время проведения лагеря) и награждение победителей игры по сольфеджио «Кто привык за победу бороться?». Пожалуй, это награждение, проходившее под песню Исаака Дунаевского «Весёлый ветер», вызвало наибольший всплеск эмоций хора. Аплодисменты, восторг, овации, настоящие, а не виртуальные герои. Каждый участник хора на себе испытал трудность борьбы и поэтому понимал цену, пусть даже не своей, победы. Не это ли главный успех эксперимента?

Расставание редко у кого вызывает счастливую улыбку. Это — грустное слово, но глубоко в нём всегда прячется другое, весёлое. Это слово — встреча. Сегодня мы говорим друг другу: «До свидания», потому что знаем, что расставание — не для нас.
