В Академической капелле состоялся ежегодный городской концерт-фестиваль
По многолетней традиции на сцене Академической капеллы встретились ведущие хоры мальчиков и юношей Санкт-Петербурга: Хор мальчиков «ЭХО» ДДЮТ Красносельского района, Хор мальчиков «ИСКРА» ДДЮТ Красногвардейского района, Хор мальчиков «БАЛТИКА» г. Сосновый бор, а также Средний и Концертный хоры Хоровой студии мальчиков и юношей.
На протяжении двух часов под сводами исторического зала звучали классические хоровые сочинения, народные песни и современные композиции.
Открывали концерт самые юные участники. Средний хор под управлением Татьяны Садовниковой и солист Савва Гаченко настроили зал на тонкую музыкальную волну. Затем каждый коллектив представил разноплановую программу, стремясь удивить и покорить публику. Зрители тепло встречали всех юных исполнителей и одаривали каждый коллектив щедрыми овациями.
Хоровое пение мальчиков и юношей — одно из самых сложных направлений хорового искусства. Сегодня оно существует на достаточно высоком уровне только благодаря заслугам педагогов-энтузиастов. Вместе с тем, хоровое пение решает одну из важнейших социальных задач — приобщает мальчиков и подростков к высокой духовной культуре, помогает социализироваться в сложном мире, а для самых одарённых — открывает дорогу в профессиональное музыкальное искусство. Фестиваль «Поют мальчишки Петербурга» из года в год мотивирует руководителей хоров всё выше и выше поднимать исполнительскую планку. И в этом — его главная задача.
В программе концертного хора впервые вышел на сцену в качестве солиста Михаил Лесуков, исполнив сольную партию в сочинении Георгия Свиридова «Зорю бьют».
Завершал фестиваль Сводный хор участников концерта. В его исполнении прозвучала песня Сергея Смирнова «Счастье приходит с песней».
