Концертный хор дал сольный концерт в Соборе Святых Апостолов Петра и Павла
В Соборе Святых Апостолов Петра и Павла хор мальчиков Санкт-Петербурга представил новую концертную программу.
Необычным для слушателей и привычным для участников хора, уже многократно выезжавших на рождественские гастроли в Германию, стал выход и уход хора во время исполнения произведения Бенджамина Бриттена «Procession» из цикла «Церемония рождественских обрядов».
В первой части программы были исполнены «Miserere» Алессандро Лотти, «Ave Maria» Антона Брукнера, «Salve Regina» Иоаганна Михаэля Гайдна, «Exultate Deo» Алессандро Скарлатии, «Псалм LLX» Отто Ольсона и сочинение хорватского композитора Бранко Старка «Plaudite manibus». Таким образом, хор продемонстрировал основные вехи развития и становления церковной духовной музыки от XIV века до наших дней.
Знатоки хорового искусства могут скептически заметить, что западная духовная музыка, в особенности музыка эпохи Ренессанс, была написана для камерных хоровых составов и ни в коем случае не предполагала исполнение большими хоровыми коллективами. Безусловно, если следовать музыкальным традициям, то следовало бы начать концерт с небольшого вокального ансамбля, постепенно присоединяя к нему всё новых и новых участников хора. Возможно, когда-нибудь так и будет выстроена драматургия концерта. Однако в этот вечер для нас было важнее подвести первый итог сложнейшей работы, чтобы иметь возможность двигаться вперёд.
Во второй части программы были представлены светские и духовные произведения российских хоровых композиторов. Все исполненные произведения (за исключением «Незнакомки») были написаны для большого состава классического русского хора, с опорой на крепкие мужские голоса.
«Хвалите Имя Господне» Добре Христова, «Херувимская» Дмитрия Бортнянского и «Богородице Дево радуйся» Сергея Рахманинова — продемонстрировали основные вехи становления русской духовной музыки.
«Вечер» и «Посмотри, какая мгла» Сергея Танеева на стихи Якова Полонского — познакомили слушателей с хоровой миниатюрой начала XX столетия.
«Легенда» Петра Чайковского на стихи А.Плещеева — пример использования оперной драматургии в светском хоровом произведении. Как известно, изначально композитор написал маленькую песню для детей и лишь потом обратился к хоровому переложению.
Кульминацией второго раздела программы, безусловно, стало сочинение Георгия Свиридова на стихи Фёдора Сологуба «Грусть просторов». Широкая расстановка хора требовала от мальчиков собранности и концентрации на стихотворном тексте, что позволило добиться необыкновенной трепетности и проникновенности.
«Незнакомка» Петербургского композитора Юрия Фалика на стихи Александра Блока выглядела под сводами Собора, скорее, как работы основоположника импрессионизма Клода Моне, но, тем не менее, внесла некоторое оживление в довольно строгую хоровую палитру концерта.
Блок русской музыки завершила русская народная песня в обработке Валерия Успенского «Ах, не одна во поле дороженька». Это сочинение можно услышать только в исполнении нашего хора. Оно было выучено по рукописи, обнаруженной в частном архиве. Валерий Всеволодович Успенский, заведующий кафедрой хорового дирижирования Санкт-Петербургской консерватории, написал эту обработку в 1974 году в Хабаровске и посвятил её своему учителю — профессору Санкт-Петербургской консерватории, народной артистке России — Елизавете Петровне Кудрявцевой. Посвящение зафиксировано на титульной странице рукописи.
Впереди у хора насыщенная концертная жизнь. Однако, все исполненные произведения сохранятся в репертуаре в течение всего года, будут тщательно доработаны и исполнены на других концертах, но уже в новом, 2018 году.
