Десятый деньЛетнего путешествия по Германии Весь день, не переставая, лил дождь. Жара куда-то скрылась, уступив место сырости и прохладе. Посыпанная лёгким гравием дорожка, ведущая из дома в столовую, покрылась сотней маленьких ручейков. Каждый из них двигался только в известном одному ему направлении, а все вместе они создавали удивительную картину упорядоченного хаоса. Впрочем, мало кто замечал эту лёгкую природную грусть, улавливал промокший запах смолистых еловых веток и едва уловимый аромат трав и валежника. Все мысли были отданы только предстоящим покупкам. Едва ощутив в руке денежную купюру, сознание детей просветлялось, жизнь наполнялась смыслом, а проливной дождь становился незаметным и воспринимался как самая лучшая погода в их жизни! Многие мальчики так волновались перед предстоящим шопингом, что успели потерять все деньги ещё до отъезда, не выходя из дома. Далее ситуация развивалась по отлаженному за много лет сценарию: крокодильи слёзы, безрезультатные поиски, привлечение к поисковой деятельности педагогов, слёзы радости. Магазины находились в Гамбурге, и на их посещение было отведено три часа. Для кого-то этого времени оказалось более, чем достаточно, а для кого-то не хватило вовсе. Радостные и счастливые, всё так же не замечая проливного дождя, луж и порывистого ветра, дети со своими покупками шли к автобусу, легко преодолевая довольно большое расстояние. Это особое состояние души, знакомое каждому с детства, продолжается всего несколько часов — до тех пор, пока новая упаковка не будет вскрыта, батарейки не будут вставлены, а игрушечный паровозик или вертолётик не тронется с места или не взлетит. В такие минуты, стремясь как можно дольше сохранить детей в этом состоянии, мы стараемся не читать им нравоучений, не загружать излишними требованиями и не надоедать своим педагогическим занудством. К вечернему грилю все ожидали гостей. Вита Хлопкова, с которой наши мальчишки познакомились в декабрьской гастрольной поездке, приехала к нам со своими родителями. Чтобы эта встреча состоялась, им пришлось преодолеть огромное расстояние. И снова, ни дождь, ни лужи не помешали встрече друзей. По этому поводу Миша Сильницкий приобрёл в Гамбурге модную шляпу и выглядел весь вечер галантным и элегантным кавалером. Во время приготовления вечернего гриля мало кто обращал внимание на пытающийся загасить огонь ветер. Он отступил, не в силах сопротивляться, и в скором времени весь хор с аппетитом поглощал приготовленные на углях шашлыки и объедался сочными красными арбузами, привезёнными Витой и её родителями.
